Nutritional tips for a healthier you

Listen to your body. If you’re feeling run down and less than healthy, take a look at what you’re eating. It may be that you’re not getting the foods you need to feel your best.

Look at your supplements. Are they made from whole foods? Do you understand half of what the label says?

Look at how many calories you should eat in a day-not how many you want. Most of us just eat what we want and don't worry about calorie counting, but everyone should calculate their BMR or Basal Metabolic Rate so you know how many calories you can eat and maintain your current weigh and how many you can eat if you want to shed a pound or two.
